When you rent your holiday home at VillaVilla, you are covered by Gouda's insurance both in case of cancellation and unused travel expenses if you become ill, injured, or other matters covered by the insurance.

When you purchase cancellation insurance, no insurance document is sent – your ticket serves as your proof.
If you need to file a claim
If you need to use your insurance, we ask you to file a claim online. Please add reference number 31391471 and upload all relevant information.
In order to process your case, it is important that we receive the following documentation from you:
- a copy of your booking confirmation from VillaVilla
- a cancellation statement from VillaVilla
- documentation proving that an incident has occurred, e.g. medical certificate, police report or similar.
Remember to have all documentation digitally before you start with your registration, and always remember to cancel your stay on VillaVilla, before you register your claim.
